I am new to CBD can you recommend the best product and dosage?

No, We do not offer support or advice to new users of our products. Our site is for experienced users only. Again If you are a first-time user of Cannabinoid or Hemp-based products including CBD and CBG we strongly advise you to find a supplier who can offer support and advice on the most appropriate products.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You have the option of checking out as a guest or creating an account but we do not require customers to register and create an account. The concept of DEFI means anonymity for both the store owner and the customer.

Do you have stores I can visit and buy in Person?

No. All sales are online only

What Payment options are available?

Cryptocurrencies Ethereum, Solana, and Tron. We are adding more coins each month.
We are not offering Bitcoin at this time due to slow transaction times.

I have never used Cryptocurrency Can I pay another way?

No. We only accept payment via Cryptocurrency.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays and the average shipping time is 2 to 3 days.

Do you provide Tracking with Shipment?

Yes. Customers will receive tracking updates via email

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes and to parcel lockers

Do you offer Refunds?

Yes. If you receive a product that is not as described we will refund 100% including shipping costs. Please note If a parcel is lost by Australia Post we will send a replacement

You can order 1 unit or 1000 units the cost is the same per bottle. Our wholesale pricing is open to everyone.

Do you offer private labeling?
